A weekend with Dr Tony Richardson - 2012

Dr Tony Richardson is a renowned Somatic Psychiatrist and Tibetan Buddhist practitioner. In May 2012 Dr Tony held a weekend of teaching and practice at St Paul's Seminary in Kensington where all funds were dedicated towards those in need in Kyegu. Dr Tony held a similar weekend in October 2011 and his generosity is greatly appreciated - to not only help those in need overseas, but also to help many people here in Australia during the weekend. It was an opportunity to learn practices to stabilise feelings & emotions, that can help in relationships & everyday living. This can extend to provide ground and stability for spiritual practice.
